Lacey Lehman and her team are extraordinary. After the passing of my mom I was overwhelmed with closing out my parents' home and listing it for sale. My parents lived in a 55+ community in a manufactured home. I knew I needed an agent who had experience with these types of sales and I found Lacey by researching recent listings in these types of communities. Since I live in Los Angeles, Lacey was extremely helpful in providing needed referrals to.carpet installers, contractors, etc. She and her team went above and beyond the call of duty in addressing issues as they arose. Drew helped us find our house three years ago and when it came time to sell, I wanted Drew and Lacey to be the agents to sell it. They are very professional and helpful. They made all efforts to make the process as stress free as possible. Drew even arranged for the minor repairs and was at the house for them while I was out of town. They are an awesome team! This review is a bit overdue but well deserved. My husband and I both sold and bought with Drew and Lacey in the chaos of 2020. While my husband had bought a house before, I was new to the whole experience and very nervous. Mid-late 2019 we asked them for guidance on our finalizing some revamps on our old house and they provided invaluable advice and connections to help us get the best return on our time and money. Our old house ended up causing a lot of unexpected last min chaos and drama (unexpected plumbing issues, break-in while under contract etc) and Drew and Lacey went above and beyond in their help and support. We cannot thank them enough for that support as we swear it was one of the only things that kept us sane in that time.
Even in the insanely tight market of 2020 Lacey was extraordinarily responsive and available to us when trying to find a place. With their help we were able to find a GEM of a home (seriously we can’t believe we found this place and count our blessings we were able to snag it). They were fair and honest with their advice and recommendations. Listen to them as they are the experts and you pay for those years of experience for a reason! While we don’t anticipate moving anytime soon, whenever our next move comes to pass, we will be returning to them with no hesitation.
