Meet Drew! After spending several years working for John Elway as a Director of Finance in the auto industry Drew decided it was time for a change. He began his real estate career in 2000 as an Associate Broker in Colorado. Drew quickly learned that real estate was not just a job: it became his passion and something that he truly loved doing! His specialties included selling vacant land horse properties and homes south of Denver and in the surrounding areas. After the 2003 blizzard where approximately three feet of snow fell across most of the Denver metro area Drew decided he’d had enough of the freezing cold weather, and it was time to make one more change. He decided to move somewhere a bit warmer, and he chose to continue his real estate career in Arizona.
Drew has had the opportunity to work as both a Professional Realtor and on the builder side of the business as a New Home Sales Consultant for one of the largest New Home Builders. This has afforded him the opportunity to expand his understanding and connection in the desires and requirements of homebuyers and sellers equally. As a full-time real estate professional Drew is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible to his clients and colleagues alike.
Drew is married to Lacey Lehman who is also his business partner. Together they co-lead Team Lehman AZ which they established in 2012. Drew and Lacey have consistently been top-producing agents who are known in the industry for their professionalism customer service and strong work ethic. They have received many awards and accolades year after year including but not limited to: Multi-Million Dollar Producers Club SEVRAR President’s Top Producers Team Award Five Star Real Estate Professional Award and they are ranked in the top 1% of all Metro Phoenix Agents.
Drew has 3 sons Joshua Tannir and Quinten and 3 step children Avery Cy and Bronson and we can’t forget the two adorable rescue dogs Blue, Harper & Kya.
